Damaged Items: In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, we require you to report it to us within three (3) business days of receiving your order. Upon receipt of your report, we will assess the damage and take appropriate action to resolve the issue promptly. This may include providing a replacement item at no additional cost or issuing a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via USPS postal service unless otherwise specified. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow for standard shipping times based on your location.

Custom Audio Products: Please note that custom audio products are delivered electronically via email and are not physically shipped. Once your custom audio product has been created and delivered to your email address, it cannot be returned or refunded.
