Subscription & Membership Cancellation Policy

1. Recurring Billing (Realms Key — All Access Membership)

By purchasing a recurring Realms Key — All Access Membership, you authorize Dark Arts Magic to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the then-current subscription rate. If you redeem a promotional code (such as a complimentary first month), your recurring billing will automatically begin at the end of your promotional period unless canceled beforehand.

2. How to Cancel Your Membership

You are in complete control of your membership and may cancel your recurring subscription at any time with zero cancellation fees:

• Self-Service Portal: Log into your account at darkartsmagic.com, click Manage Membership inside your account dashboard (or via the link in your subscription confirmation email), and select Cancel Subscription.

• Email Support: You may also request cancellation by emailing us directly through our Contact page at least 24 hours prior to your next scheduled billing date.

3. Access After Cancellation

When you cancel a recurring monthly membership, your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid (or promotional) billing cycle. You will retain full access to the sanctuary and audio library for the remainder of the period you have already unlocked, and your card will not be charged again.

4. Digital Streaming & Non-Refundable Policy

Because Dark Arts Magic provides instant access to private, streaming-only digital audio experiences (with no physical shipments), all completed membership charges and 30-Day Pass purchases are final and non-refundable once a billing cycle has processed. We do not offer prorated refunds for partially used months.
